PARALEGAL TRIAL PREPARATION AND ASSISTANCE

I am a senior paralegal/law clerk with 15+ years of legal experience in civil trial litigation.  Communication and real-life experience are essential.  I have a unique understanding of the court system, as I  have represented myself, triumphantly in the civil, probate, and family court.  ​While I am not an attorney, I understand the demands of preparing for hearings and the demands placed on attorneys.​  ​The experience of working with judges, clerks, and against the opposition is knowledge​ for those who understand and have real-life experience in court, such as myself. 

I owned and operated an auto repair business (so I know about cars) and engines), I worked in banking (I know about commercial and personal banking and loans), I have a motorcycle license, ran a catering business (yes, I am a chef), worked in a large and small law firm, and have raised four kids on my own.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism.  My favorite novels are written by attorneys, such as Hannah Kristin who writes novels based on historical events.  Thus, every story, especially one that goes to court, has a story to tell.  It boils down to telling a compelling story.  

Creating a compelling storyline requires more than just AI-generated timelines. It necessitates a human touch to identify issues such as missing evidence (for or against your case), in order to reveal the authentic story.

I opened Trials and Timelines to meet the demands of aggressive trial attorneys preparing for depositions, settlements, and trials.
