One example of how I work: If you need discovery, discovery responses, meet and confer, or something similar, I will ask you to provide the Complaint/Petition and the Answer/Response in PDF and Word or WordPerfect formats. The Word/WordPerfect format allows me to piggyback off a pre-existing format, saving us time. I will also ask you to provide samples of the document you are requesting.
Yes, if you need a trial binder, I would ask you to have all the exhibits and documents in a cloud app and provide a list of what you need. I am available by text, phone, email, or video chat.
Creating a compelling storyline requires more than just AI-generated timelines. It necessitates a human touch to identify issues such as missing evidence (for or against your case), in order to reveal the authentic story. Additionally, it enables us to identify what evidence/details are missing in the case. Experience trial attorney's use of timelines starts from the onset of the case, especially useful in deposition preparation and for trial.
